Starter Deck and Strucutre Deck on yugioh, the difference?

Newbie usually being confused with this.

The starter deck usually used for introduce new cards to other player. The cards consist of some cards that used by the main character. This deck can be used for duel, but the starter deck isn't a good deck for duel (There aren't many cards that can be used for very good combo but can be collect since it is "starter"). Still, the deck can be used and you can take some of card to editing your own deck.

Structure deck can be used and developed to good deck. The deck consist many good combo that can be developed to another combo. Some of structure deck are come from character of yugioh anime. It is called as Character structure deck.
